I’ve been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks now, but it’s not too late to direct you to an interesting post by Reaction co-blogger Vivek Krishnamurthy on the rise of Canada’s social conservatives, a key constituency of the new Conservative Party that finds itself with a minority government in Ottawa. The question is, does social conservatism — on issues like abortion and same-sex marriage — resonate with Canadian voters the way it obviously does with many American voters?
