Scholars Rank Barack Obama Among Top Presidents

A poll of 238 of the country’s top scholars has ranked Barack Obama among the the best Presidents — number 15 to be exact. George W. Bush has dropped from 23 to 39. They used a bunch of criteria. Details HERE (where you can vote, most assuredly along party lines…).
