About all that can be said in the Obama administration's “defense” is relative — it could be worse.

Of course, these people make Americans already suspect it could become worse later.
(I wonder if Arne Duncan will seek assistance from private sources like Educators for Social Responsibility. Just adapt all the “nuclear war” stuff to “global warming” and we're set to go.)
I'm sending my kids to school that day & hope to acquire a copy of the video in case their school opts to not show it.
Then I might show that to the neighbor kids.
I'll go one further, Frith… I plan on recording to DVD and then swapping out with all the kiddie films in the local Blockbuster. I'm then planning on slipping it to the local networks so that it can be shown during Saturday morning cartoons (EVERY Saturday) and every hour on the hour on CW for the teenage crowd. Text will be available in the form of math textbooks (in secret mathematical code) and on the back of childrens' cereal boxes to be read with the cool decoder ring inside.
