His roundups are always akin to what you’d see political scientists assemble: lots of specifics, lots of info but instead of being meticulously footnoted, he meticulously links. People on both sides of the war issue need to read his stuff, since it does provide a more profound contex than what you get from reading a given newspaper (or a given blog).
