Here’s a MUST LISTEN AUDIO for people of all ideologies. Rush Limbaugh gets it from a caller who says “I’m done with you” and accuses him of supporting “lock step” George Bush.

Listen closely and you’ll see: the guy doesn’t hang up. It sounds as if Rush — who is not a host who can adeptly handles people who strongly disagree with him on the air — dumps the guy. (At one point he asks if the guy hung up and he says he didn’t…Rush soon goes into a riff and by then the guy has disappeared).

There is a real point here. TMV listens to ALL kinds of radio talk show hosts of all ideologies. But he can’t listen to Rush anymore since Limbaugh has become — yes — lock step with whatever the White House or RNC is saying. Michael Savage, Michael Reagan, Glenn Beck …any number of people on the right at least surprise you once in a while and their independence on many issues makes them worth listening to. That’s why Ed Schultz is TMV’s favorite national host on the liberal end of the political spectrum.

So a caller finally said it to Rush on the air — and a Republican caller. A conservative. Who magically vanished as Rush began his wrap up comments.
