This link will pull up a map of New Orleans. Click on any spot on the map and it will tell you the highest level of flood water at that location. Of interest is the corner of Robert E. Lee Blvd and Canal Blvd. The SE corner at water as high as 10 ft. The NW corner in almost 0 ft.As the say in real estate; “Location, Location, Location.”
