Following up on my earlier post on the Labour party loss in Scotland, party leaders and now turning an eye on Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Some want him out right now while others are giving him a couple months to get back on track.
Dumping Brown would be a mixed bag for the Labour party with hopes that it would improve their position standing up against polls showing they could face a backlash. Either way it does not look like they could prevent a defeat in the next election, only control the extent of that defeat.
So while the political right is facing a few lean years in America, the political left is doing so in Great Britain (and indeed it seems much of Europe).
