Wall Street Uprisings Herald Victory of Islam and Iran! (Kayhan, Islamic Republic of Iran)

Call it propaganda or call it delusion, but Tehran is crowing about not only predicting Occupy Wall Street and allied groups, but says it considers itself primarily responsible for all the unrest – Eastern and Western – since the Arab Spring began. So could it be that the protests which began in New York on September 17 and have now spread across the developed world reflect a yearning to reject capitalism and embrace Islam and the Iranian Revolution?

According to state-sanctioned columnist Hussein Shariatmadari of the government-run Kayhan newspaper, the events now taking place across the globe were forecast by the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and Iran’s current theocratic dictator, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

For Kayhan, Hussein Shariatmadari writes in very small part:

It is worth repeating what the late Imam Khomeini said years ago: “One after another, Islam will overcome its internal and external barriers before conquering all major global fronts.”

The human eye can’t keep up with all of the developments and revolutions. The wave has given the Muslim world a new lease on life and is spreading even further. The wave of awakening had conquered only a small number of fronts, and the fighters were still counting the costs and building new systems based on Islamic beliefs and values, when suddenly it began to engulf the land of the Vikings and Yankees.

In September 17, many people in New York took to the streets, calling their movement “Occupy Wall Street.” Some U.S. officials and a number of naive elites were quick to dismiss the protesters as a bunch of dissatisfied jobless Americans, and decreed that their movement would quickly die. But Leon Panetta, former CIA chief and current defense secretary said he was worried. Soon the protests had spread to almost 100 American cities, where thousands of cultural and economic activists and students joined the demonstrations. No wonder White House officials could no longer hide their concerns.

The protesters are calling Wall Street and Manhattan their “Tahrir Square,” holding signs that read “Enough of Capitalism.” This makes it clear that the situation is far worse than U.S. officials would like us to believe. The American protesters are unmistakably shouting that “capitalism is our main problem.”

Our supreme leader once said astutely that: ‘Today, the U.S. is at its weakest point in history, while Islamic Iran is approaching its golden years.’”

The “wave” in the Muslim world is self destruction.

Unfortunately the Muslim masses, whom probably care less about religious theatrics, and more about feeding their families are the Muslim humans being destroyed. The manipulators of this madness sit upon their buttered buttocks dreaming up ever more ways to keep their populations pacified before the whole jig is up and they have to fly away to Switzerland and cash out.

In the grand game of international politics, people are the Wealth of Nations not stock and trade as John Smith would describe. Iran will sacrifice it’s people to poverty, neglect, and, war just as “We the People” will do the same in order to come out on top. It is hard for the layman to tell what sacrificial costs Iran has already committed to this chess match, but so far ours has pretty much been ten percent of population overall, with more looming.

Meanwhile, back at the Ranch, I get to watch The St Louis Cardinals stomp the living crap out of George W Bush’s Houston Rangers in the World Series….pacified as I am.
