Chileans were electing a new president on Sunday as two candidates from the fringes of the political spectrum faced off in a run-off vote for the country’s highest office. Former student leader Gabriel Boric and right-wing politician José Antonio Kast are in the running for the post. Boric was narrowly ahead in the last round of voting.
