A reminder that these are grim times for many big news websites and horrible ones for blogs that have survived despite the deaths of many blogs. Advertising is way down (TMV won’t accept advertising that wants us to put in hidden links in posts). And it is the worst time to ask people to donate. This is just a reminder to keep TMV in mind.
The Moderate Voice is in transition. You are now looking at the embryonic version of what will eventually be a new design with featured posts on top and at least two posts across, magazine style. It continues to use new writers and features and even some new graphics. And it continues to try to offer posts on a variety of subjects.
Any donations are more than welcome. Also: if you see a post you like, please DO share it on your social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc). A more formal fundraiser may be done later in the 2020 Presidential Election campaign season. Right now TMV’s income is minimal.
TMV’s bank account will soon have to be replenished by yours truly who is a former fulltime overseas and U.S. journalist but now an entertainer whose unemployment has now stopped, along with millions of other Americans.
