And so we welcome our latest, newest, co-blogger….”elrod.”
Elrod (he’s lower case in his byline and on the masthead due to TMV’s mistake in setting it up) is familiar to this site and others because he often leaves comments that read almost like blog posts because they are so thoughtful (or, some might argue they do NOT read like blog posts — because they are so thoughtful…).
In recent weeks we’ve had to ban one commentor for going over the line in the kinds of comments left on the site. But in Elrod’s case, whether readers or cobloggers agreed totally with him or not, he always left thoughtful comments. He recently did two Guest Voice posts that were very well received and praised so we set it up for him to post what he wants when he wants.
He’s the second reader who has been invited to become a co-blogger. Holly was invited after sending us a countless excellent newslinks and pointing out our typos. (But we don’t dew that anymre…) WELCOME ELROD!
