MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry apologized on Twitter for mocking Mitt Romney’s family and his black grandson, Kieran Romney. Kids are off limits. Period.
An MSNBC host apologized Tuesday morning after she and panelists on her weekend program faced criticism after poking fun at a photo of Mitt Romney, his wife and their nearly two dozen grandchildren, zeroing in on the Romneys’ recently adopted African-American grandchild, Kieran.
“I am sorry. Without reservation or qualification. I apologize to the Romney family. #MHPapology,” Melissa Harris-Perry wrote on Twitter. Source: CNN
Here’s the actual tweet:

Of course fresh off her egg-on-the-face tour over failing to read GQ Phil Robertson article before commenting, Sarah Palin had to weigh in. I am pretty sure she didn’t bother watching the video before giving her two cents. It’s funny that she’s now standing up for attacks against Mitt Romney’s black grandson, but was only too accepting of Phil Robertson comments that black Americans he came in contact with were ‘happy and singing’ while picking cotton during the Jim Crow era.
Venom being spewed on Twitter toward Melissa Harris-Perry:
@MHarrisPerry Go kill yourself you racist bigot douche bag. This is @msnbc's new M.O. …make despicable racist remarks, then apologize.
