What does this money tell us?

Probably not a whole lot. But it is interesting that the money raisers for Congressional seats in 2014 are doing significantly better on the Democratic side than their opponents are doing.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee raised $5 million in November, its best showing in an off-year November ever and $1 million more than its Republican counterpart.

According to a DCCC aide, the committee had $27.6 million cash in the bank at the end of last month, and has raised $70.2 million overall this year.

The NRCC raised $4 million in November, which was also their best off-year November ever. It now has $19.6 million cash on hand, and has raised $56.5 million this year. ...TheHill
