This has been one of the most frustrating group of days since TMV founded The Moderate Voice two years ago.
The posting conditions here in Connecticut have been almost impossible. At the home of The Moderate Parents dial up is almost unuseable and doing a post takes about four times as long as in San Diego or at most places on the road. The local Starbucks has a terrible wireless connection. Yesterday’s short post (reposted for today) on Citizen Smash getting news that he will be shipped out to military duty on Saturday took about 30 minutes to do from that location: the connection LITERALLY disconnects every minute to minute and a half (this has been the ONLY bad experience in posting from a Starbucks).
TMV will be back in San Diego this evening and his posts will resume them, as well as from various points on the road. Any posts he does today (such as those below) will likely be short pointer posts.
In the meantime, as usual, keep checking back since our always independent thinking cobloggers will likely have some things to say.
