Retuers has released some photos taken after the raid that ended in the killing of terrorist maven Osama bin Laden (a killing that on an 8 hour drive listening to conservative AM nationally syndicated and local talk radio I heard called repeatedly called into question today with one talk show host saying the White House photo showing Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton watching events unfold was “probably staged” and another telling his trusting listeners that Barack Obama was just another Democrat like Jimmy Carter who failed with a raid in the desert).
Here is Reuter’s intro:
WARNING: GRAPHIC PHOTOGRAPHS OF DEATH AND INJURY BELOW
Photographs acquired by Reuters and taken about an hour after the U.S. assault on Osama bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan show three dead men lying in pools of blood, but no weapons.
The photos, taken by a Pakistani security official who entered the compound after the early morning raid on Monday, show two men dressed in traditional Pakistani garb and one in a t-shirt, with blood streaming from their ears, noses and mouths.
Since these are a Reuters exclusive and not quite what we put on TMV, as a rule GO HERE to see the photo gallery.
