UPDATE:
And the feeding frenzy continues, becoming almost “circular” now — you know, the snake swallowing its own tail.
Except that the snake now appears to have developed multiple heads, and multiple tails, all trying to swallow each other.
The Washington Post refers to a Huffington Post interview where McCain refers to Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) and Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) as “wacko birds.”:
“They were elected, nobody believes that there was a corrupt election, anything else,” McCain said. “But I also think that when, you know, it’s always the wacko birds on right and left that get the media megaphone.”
Asked to clarify, McCain said he was referencing “Rand Paul, Cruz, Amash, whoever.”
According to the Post, Amash, in turn, tweeted, “Sen. McCain called @SenRandPaul @SenTedCruz & me “wacko birds.” Bravo, Senator. You got us. Did you come up with that at #DinnerWithBarack?”
We are now waiting for McCain’s comeback at Gingrich, and “whoever’s” comeback at McCain, etc.
But we don’t have to wait any longer to hear what another Republican has called Newt Gingrich
According to Dylan Byers at Politico, Fox News chief Roger Ailes calls Newt Gingrich “a ‘[something we can’t post here, but that starts with a ‘p’]’ and a ‘sore loser’ in a forthcoming biography by Zev Chafets, an exclusive excerpt of which has just been published in Vanity Fair.”
I double-checked at Vanity Fair, and, yes, it is there:
“Brush him back,” Ailes said. “He’s a sore loser and if he had won he would have been a sore winner.” Lewis nodded.
Ailes was silent for a moment and then added, “Newt’s a [still can’t quote, but it starts with a ‘p’, ends with a ‘k’ and has five letters]”

Original Post:
A day after a day after Rand Paul spoke out against drones and was slammed by two of his Republican colleagues, including the Maverick, the Newt is now slamming John McCain for slamming Rand Paul for slamming the administration about drones.
Guess who will now slam the Newt for slamming…
Well, you get the idea.
Are we beginning to see a trend?
“Is There a Brewing GOP Civil War Over National Security?” as was asked here?
