Pete Abel has some pretty busy(ness) days, but links to some good post at Central Sanity.
Shaun Mullen has some good quotes up from around the blogosphere.
One of the best lawbloggers on the Net, David Schraub on yesterday’s ruling of the U.S.S.C.
Same goes for Michael J.W. Stickings
Ali Eteraz has a post up about another Virginia Tech hero. We – rightfully – heard a lot about professor Liviu Librescu, but there were more heroes. Waleed Shalaan for instance. A fellow student was acting as if he was dead, same goes for Waleed who was hit, but only injured. Cho came back into the class to check whether everyone was, indeed, dead. The student got nervous, his heart was pounding – Cho was coming closer and closer… at that moment Waleed (purposefully) moved – Cho was distracted, shot Waleed for the second time, who died instantly, but the other student survived.
What a hero.
