This is suppose to be funny, but the problem with it is the one in the ICU can be the one not using the phone. Worse yet, ask the father of a dead teenager killed by a driver using their phone if he finds it funny?
But what the heck, we can’t inconvenience those that think their rights are infringed upon if we make it a law that one can not use their phone while driving now can we?
