Cheney Supports Same Sex Marriage

Cheney expresses support for same sex marriage and yet most of the left still rips in to him (credit to HP for giving him some praise but not all of the readers agree)
Obama still opposes it but many make excuses.

I'd really rather Cheney didn't support gay marriage. He's poison…..
Cheney supports gay marriage because he has family who is gay. He has a vested interest in keeping the peace at home. That's how political correctness works.
Time to step outside the box. That guy speaks out of both sides of his mouth so..?
Cheney's support is a little more muted than that and entirely in line with many republican national polititions. Basicly it's up to the states. The states have always been the ones to regulate marrage and there is no reason to change it now. This is not new I remember this comming up in the 2004 election.
