We called it last week when the popular vote percentages for the presidential election showed Mitt Romney hovering around 47%. Well, the final tally will show just that 47.56% rounded off to 47%. Poetic justice, right? The non-partisan Cook Political Report predicts with certainty that with all of New York and California counted, Romney will end up below 47.5 percent of the vote. The split will be 51-47 percent. How ironic since Mitt Romney dismissed 47 percent of Americans as deadbeats.
