This issue is absolutely urgent and cannot wait for climate deniers to give their nods of agreement for what has been quite obvious for years. As a result of lobbying and propaganda spread by special interests like Exxon Mobile, there still is little political will or knowledge available to do what must be done.

This is not a philosophical issue, it is an absolute necessity! Sadly most of us will continue to deny it until we see first hand the effects of continuing climate destabilization–many more hurricanes, tornadoes, drought and floods and, in general, extreme whether events. Some times it takes a long, long time to give up what we WANT to believe, in order to believe what really IS!
