Budget Deal Reached

News just breaking that a budget deal has been reached to avoid a shutdown, according to early reports the deal is for the remainder of the fiscal year. It looks like we will have another short term continuing resolution to fund things until next week at which point they will vote on the final package for the 2010-11 budget year (which theoretically began last October).
