This article is unfortunately typical of many similar screed that try to sensationalize their opposition to an idea or product. “Bacterial poop” indeed. Many perfectly good food items are produced through bacterial action which is technically called fermentation. This includes cheeses, pickles, and my favorite alcoholic beverages. There may be a problem with aspartame. I would read a breakdown of aspartame’s problems, but this article is too full of buzzwords for me to consider it a reliable source of information.
If you want to affect how people think, don’t scream at us. We think that screamers are trying to browbeat us rather than thinking that screamers are sincere.

Point taken….A little overkill perhaps but nonetheless a necessary article. People have a tendency to forget about the really dangerous crap ( and bacterial by-product is not what I mean) in our food. The food industry has been literally feeding bad things to consumers for years. It doesn’t hurt to reminds people of that.

The reason we don’t hear too much is because of what they call Ag-gag bills in congress. These bills are designed to keep the public in the dark about the raising of our food as well as the ingredients in it. Most states have been passing them, without voter knowledge. Gotta love those lobbyists!

Monsanto is one of the largest, wealthiest offenders of food pollution on the planet. As far as I am concerned, not enough negative information can be written about them,

Aspartic acid in aspartame at 40% is an excitotoxin. (Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills by neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, M.D.). The phenylalanine at 50% is a neurotoxin. Building blocks of protein? They know better. There are 20 in protein in balance but certain amino acids when isolated become excitotoxic or neurotoxic. The propaganda also includes “there is more methanol in oranges”. They don’t tell you in fruits and vegetables methanol is accompanied by ethanol, the classic antidote for methanol toxicity and takes it safely out of your body. In aspartame the methanol converts to formaldehyde and embalms living tissue and damages DNA. (Trocho Study – ) Be sure to google “Rotgut Aspartame: Methanol Mania” and read the horrors of aspartame or you can get the 1000 page medical text, “Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic” by H. J. Roberts, M.D., Read about all the diseases it triggers or precipitates like MS, lupus, male sexual dysfunction, cancer, blindness, seizures, autism, and othere birth defects, etc. Dr. Betty Martini, D.Hum, Founder, Mission Possible Intl,
