    Low sodium V-8 for me! Can’t get enough of that stuff. I know it’s heavily processed, but still better than the sugar water most drinks are.

    It’s 5 to 8 slightly chilled 1/2 liter bottles of water a day for me but then It’s 112°+ every day down here in the summer… And of course a ‘bubble water’ with the evening brandy. :o)

    A ‘real sugar’ (NO high fructose corn syrup) Pepsi from time to time but good old H2O is better.

      Yea, I drink a lot of water too. Alcohol or soda drinks have too strong a flavor to go with food as far as I’m concerned.

    I used to intake a lot of cola in my younger years… now it is mostly water and coffee. I actually have to make sure I am getting enough sugar these days. I dont eat processed food very often.
    I should invest in broccoli. I eat a lot of broccoli.

    Sugar is a killer. FED UP is a great documentary on sugar and diet in american kids. It is quite sad.
