Like it or not, Russian President Vladimir Putin has a valid point.
From The Hill, 07/16/18: “Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed talk of Russian influence on the 2016 U.S. election as ‘utterly ridiculous,’ but said that only facts were leaked following the hacking of Democratic groups.” (Quote Source)
Yes, what were leaked to the American public were facts.
Were Democrats bothered by those facts as much as they were bothered by the leaking of those facts?
Those facts exposed corruption within Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Did the existence of that corruption bother Democrats?
No, that corruption doesn’t justify Russians hacking into the DNC.
Also, who knows what the Russians would have found if their attempt to hack into the RNC had succeeded, too. Dirty deeds are bipartisan when it comes to political campaigns.
