Now would be a good time to see if the theory is true (which I’ve never been completely convinced of) that every snowflake is a unique pattern. And yes, Obama can make blizzards appear just like he could confiscate every gun in the country if he really wanted to. The fact that not one gun has been confiscated is beside the point; but this blizzard, now, that is mighty suspicious.

My view — the federal government shouldn’t be confiscating guns; the states should.

In California we have we have SB-140 which seeks to remedy the gun-confiscation backlog that has left thousands of illegal guns on the streets, including those owned by those with criminal convictions or serious mental illness.

It is one of the first if not the only systems in the nation that tracks and identifies individuals who at one time made legal purchases of firearms but are now barred from possessing them.

The measure makes the California Department of Justice in charge of confiscating illegal guns. There has been over $25 million allotted to the program.

As well, new California law (AB-1014) took effect a couple weeks ago that allows legally-owned guns to be confiscated if family or friends believe the owner is a threat to themselves or others.

      Get your states together 🙂

      My three cents.
