or, If There Are ‘New Clues’ Why Isn’t This Getting Any Attention?
Brown paying for cigars at counter (see video)
CNN brays that there are “new clues”:
Holly Yan / CNN
New clues in Michael Brown shooting? — (CNN) — Could a newly released audio provide more clues on what led up to Michael Brown’s shooting death? — The FBI has questioned a man who says he recorded audio of gunfire at the time Brown was shot by Ferguson police on August 9, the man’s attorney told CNN…
OK, how about this: Michael Brown PAID for those cigars.
What?
Yup, according to Ring of Fire radio:
… Michael Brown appears to have paid for the cigars he was suspected of having stolen.
According to attorneys for the Ferguson Market, where the hypothetical robbery took place, not a soul at the store called the police to report the robbery. Instead, it was a customer who called and reported that he thought he had witnessed a robbery….
The right wing narrative is such that ANY conclusion must be disputed. Even the slaughter of an unarmed 18 year old.
They get their own “facts” evidently.
Ferguson Market Attorney: Owner DID NOT call 911
But look closely:

At 36 seconds you can clearly see the
clerk clasp currency in his hands.
IF, in fact, Mr. Brown paid for the cigarellos, then the Ferguson Police Department is engaged in a coverup. This is called “conspiracy to obstruct justice” and, of course, “evidence tampering,” along with misuse of public funds, as in malfeasance, misfeasance and fake “feasibility.”
Remember: according to the Chief, the shooter, Wilson, DID NOT KNOW about the so-called robbery to begin with! So the footage was already irrelevant. But to grab the footage and claim that Michael Brown committed a crime unknown to the cop who shot him when there WAS NO CRIME is a volitional act, which can ONLY be meant to cover up a police crime.
And the lawyer for the store said that NO ONE at that store called in a complaint to the police!
The attorney for the owners of the store says the owners do not wish to be wrapped up in the middle of this. They are simply complying with police orders and again the attorney wanted to emphasize the 911 call did not come from the owners or an employee.
Gee: if a “strongarm” robbery took place and the store that was supposedly robbed do not believe they were robbed, what conclusion should we come to?
Having muddied the waters — fortunately, for a pack of hate-filled idiots (a/k/a the screaming bloggy GOPs) — the conclusion is NOT that Brown didn’t commit any “strong-arm” robbery, since that is not and has NEVER been the issue.
And neither are the Ferguson cops
The conclusion is that the Chief of Police in Ferguson has been, aided and abetted by his officers, engaged in a criminal conspiracy to cover-up the murder of Michael Brown.
THAT is the evidence.
It’s not just from Ring of Fire. There’s much more here, here and here.
As I said before, someone needs to perform the equivalent of a Drano® enema on that cop shop.
And the Chief needs to find out what life in prison is REALLY like.
Courage.
