House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) ripped into House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) during an appearance on MSNBC, saying “if he were a woman, they’d call him the weakest speaker in history.” She was specifically referencing his inability to get anything done in the Congress.

“Well, because they don’t get anything done. Where are the results? What are the results?” Pelosi said. “They’ve never been able to pass anything without our coming to the rescue except their very nasty — in my view — unprincipled budgets.”

Moments later, she once again argued that Boehner’s manhood has shielded him from the damning charge.

“You know what, if a woman were speaker and nothing was happening in this way, they’d say, ‘Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh,’” Pelosi said. “I’m just getting a little, shall we say, tired of some of the ways they take a pass on some and not on others. We get criticized for accomplishing things. They don’t get criticized for not accomplishing things.” Source
