While there is a lot of speculation that the Supreme Court will rule on the Affordable Care Act on Monday I wouldn’t count on it.
The Court currently has six rulings to issue and based on past procedure they are *very* unlikely to announce all six on one day. They are much more likely to announce a couple of rulings a day over two or three days.
Since the Affordable Care Act is the biggest case left to announce my guess is it will be announced on the last day, probably Wednesday or Thursday.
Another hint just came to my attention.
Traditionally the Chief Justice announces at the next to the last session of the year that the next sitting will be the last one of the year.
Chief Justice Roberts did not make that announcement on Thursday, suggesting Monday will not be the last day.
