Another appeals court has found that Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act, which says that the federal government only recognizes marriage between a man and a woman, is unconstitutional.

Section 2, which says that states do not have to recognize marriages from other states remains valid, though I think it even more clearly invalid myself.

    They should call it the Defense of Religious Intolerance Act

    Any law that calls for the defense of marriage… needs to outlaw divorce.
