The use of chemical weapons should result in a full, but non-nuclear, attack on Syria forces by the international community.
It is not a line. It should be considered a death sentence.
Unfortunately, Syria never signed the Prohibition of chemical weapons convention. The UN can’t invade them or inspect for their manufacture and destroy them.
You can pretty well bet that Syria has quite a stockpile.
