Once again the New York Daily News has produced a blunt front page on a breaking story. The story: President Donald Trump’s virtual endorsement of former Judge Roy Moore in the race for the Alabama Senate seat vacated by now-Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Moore has had several women come forward and accuse him of sexual harassment — some of them saying it occurred when they were minors. Trump made it clear that no matter what, he doesn’t want a “liberal Democrat” to fill that seat.
A story a day seemingly breaks on Moore. Raw Story headline: Alabama ex-cop says she was tasked with keeping Roy Moore away from cheerleaders at high school games.
