It is so disappointing to see that this is actually how networks scout for new talent. At first I thought that maybe this was similar to giving the man on the street a chance to talk, but the simple fact that they are looking for provocative people and not people with facts or true expertise means that they are looking for a Jerry Springer moment or someone to cheer on the partisan crowd.
