Tina Fey was back in great form on Saturday Night Live doing her Sarah Palin impression. But this time the satire was not only about Palin, but Palin’s role as a media star – and the politicization of entertainment content.
In these days of the politicization of news networks (MSNBC is the favorite of the left; Fox News is the favorite of the right; and CNN struggles to carve out a space in the center and attract some viewers of the left and right who may watch a show or news analysis that they don’t already agree with) some of the satire in this SNL skitch in essence. may become reality within the next decade or so.
