I understand that in England the bookies take bets on almost anything. There are probably other places that do the same. So…what odds are being given that by 2008 a new law or something similar allows Putin to stay? I just don’t see him giving up power whatever it takes. For one thing just think what would happen if someone came to power anytime soon willing to accomodate the many enemies that Putin has made.
