As far as I'm concerned the sign he's holding in the cartoon could just as easily read “America”. And no, I don't think Obama is doing enough, but of course he has to work within the constraints of the “system” – which includes his inheritance. . . and republicans.
Sign should say “ObamaCare” ….. vastly different than real health care reform!
