Um I think the point of the cartoon was to show a connection between Cheney and Bin Laden's reign of terror. I myself believe there is one. 'nuff said.
terrorism from a strategic perspective is being looked at in an extremely counter productive and even foolish way by some stalwarts on the far right, who nevertheless continue to constantly write about it, impugning others, and very ironically calling all who don't agree with their views naive. Here's a classic example concerning Charles Krauthammer of the Washington Post and Fox.
