This fits in with former President Carter's remarks today. Carter is partly right. There is some racism involved, but not to the extent that Dems would like to think. (And Rev. Jeremiah Wright proved that racists come in more than one color). As for the “Obama Hitler” characterizations, they seem silly, as silly as when we heard ad nauseum all the “Bush Hitler” slams for eight years prior. It's truly one of those labels that reveals more about the one doing the labeling than the one being labeled
I'm surprised the attacks on ACORN and criticism of its abetting of crime, and convictions of electoral crimes, and coverup of embezzlement, etc., aren't being called “racist,” too.
By the way, Jimmy Carter forgot to say “apartheid,” unless he truly reserves that for the Israelis still.
Maybe this will satisfy some.
