Palin Blasts Obama’s Ties to Weather Channel
‘Palling Around with Meteorologists,’ Guv Claims Alaska governor Sarah Palin went on the attack today, claiming that Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama had longstanding ties to The Weather Channel.
“What does it say about our opponent that he thinks this nation’s weather is so imperfect that he needs to be allied with The Weather Channel?” she asked a crowd in Tampa, Florida. “There’s a fine line between hating America’s weather and hating America herself.”
Gov. Palin said that she learned about Sen. Obama’s ties to The Weather Channel last week “when I was trying hard to read The New York Times.”
“They said that Sen. Obama was hanging out with weathermen,” she said. “Do we really want to elect someone who has been palling around with meteorologists?”

I find it humorous that as world financial markets crash and the U.S. government adds a trillion dollars of additional debt that will make tax cuts and new entitlements almost impossible to do, that Joe keeps doing a dozen Sarah Palin posts a day to go along with maybe one, if any, posts about world financial markets and Joe has zero posts about government policy debts.
I guess being from California means that Joe, just like the Democrats in the state house, is incapable of thinking about policy issues.
I find it humorous that anyone is foolish enough to believe that the gang that did everything they could to make the financial crash happen, that has the greatest budget deficits we have ever seen, that couldn't or wouldn't help New Orleans when it was drowning, that is in the process of losing two wars simultaneously is going to do anything to mitigate the damage the Financial Markets crashing is going to do.
Get real nothing is going to happen until January 22, 2009, and no campaign is going to lay out any detailed proposals until November 5th.
