George has left the reservation and for good measure has slammed the door on the way out. But at least John will always have Rush.

   I think it imperative to dig into Rush's questionable pedigree.

   Or maybe it's the unprescribed drugs talking.
   Or maybe his cats are telling him what to say.

   He’s making 90 to 100 million per year doing it.
