A presidential candidate we already trust!

In these times of micro-analyzing, micro-parsing, super-vetting, tit-for-tat, and overall election strangeness, we need to vote for a candidate we already trust: Santa Claus!

I have joined Mr. Claus’ campaign because he’s tough on evil, always delivers, works hard, understands the common man and woman, great foreign policy credentials, and is just a jolly ol’ guy. McCain… Eh! Obama… Meh! Barr… Bleh! Santa… HOORAY!

Talk about a guy with a housing problem. Lol!
  • Yeah that could be used against him... LOL!

But our candidate has an ace in the hole: his gift giving ability. A few well placed LCD TVs and we're set!
  • What do I get for signing up?

I understand the Republican plan for Santa is to hold him accountable for not bringing the Armed Forces all their toys after the tax cuts don't leave the government with enough money to buy them.
  • Santa may be a good choice, but I think there's a possible scandal we need to consider.

Did you hear that every Christmas Eve he's been seen going into many other people's houses? Do you even want to think about what's he's doing there? Having a jolly 'ol time, perhaps?

And all those kids expecting presents from him each year? Illegitimate children, anyone?

Fat like Al Gore, too much facial hair like Bill Richardson, never held elective office (ergo unqualified worse than Obama), friendly to foreigners like Kerry, runs the North Pole like a sanctuary city (and I bet no one has checked all those elves for green cards (hehe), fond of hand-outs like, oh, all Democrats, of questionable citizenship like Obama... AND as Michael Merritt pointed out, HE BREAKS INTO HOUSES (ergo, he's soft on crime).

Sure, Santa has high favorables now, but once the Republican attack machine was done with him, he wouldn't stand a chance. So my advice to Santa is... run as a Republican. The added advantage there is, it wouldn't require a change in wardrobe. And Rudolph could be chief of staff!
  • All I have to say is that I'm detecting much naughtiness in this thread! And a lump of coal won't do you much good these days.

And what about those citizenship issues, huh?
