The Obama camp uses a relatively new (well: new to me, at least) social-networking technology called “Scribd,” to share policy proposals. H/t Justin Gardner.
I wouldn't worry about the technical details and would pay attention and respect instead to the level of support the kids are showing for Obama, as I have noticed in Detroit metro as well as in Iowa. (Pete, I suspect the troops are still there on the Loop in U. City in full combat mode, as they were earlier this year, stationed outside Tivoli Theater, for example.)
Hrmm… I'm not sure this qualifies as social networking, but whatever
Anyways, it's a nice use of an Adobe technology called FlashPaper.
As for the content itself… [Snark] Why does he need 8 pages to tell us to inflate our tires? [/snark]
This is NOT FlashPaper. Adobe discontinued development of FlashPaper in 2006. It's an original product by Scribd called iPaper.
As for the tire remark, nice work dittohead.
@ChrisWWW, you forgot to add regular engine maintenance as well.
Jason,
You're right. But still, it's the same damn thing in essence
