Berating Romney for his lack of understanding the proper response to a national disaster is like fussing at a puppy for messing in the house. Put both in the proper environment and they behave beautifully. The puppy outside and Romney in an organization that is concerned only with finance.
At a political rally yesterday, Romney spoke about helping those who have been in Sandy’s path and telling the crowd that the victims had lost much “financially and some personally”. SOME lost personally. Not all, not everyone, not we ourselves but some. You can’t fix a lack of empathy or understanding, either it is there or it isn’t. Leaders have both which allows them to lead.
Just saw the tape again. Substitute “many” for “some”.
Speaking of Brownie, he was recently quoted just before the arrival of Sandy saying that Obama was reacting “too soon” to the danger. Lol, if you need your daily dose of absurdity, that is it.
Why is it that Republican voters don’t notice any of these things? On some level, they have to be ashamed of Romney for all the stupid and insensitive things he espouses, and yet the race is neck and neck. I guess the intelligent Republicans will just vote for party, while the ignorant will just be voting against Obama.
