Shaun while I must admit I dont read most of your posts because they are all basically one themed I do have to ask you this question.

If the USA comes home from Iraq. If we leave, good or bad and come home. What is your agenda. By that I mean what would be your list of priorities for the US government to accomplish at home and abroad given the assumption that the Democrats will be in charge of all 3 branches of government.

Why don’t you hold your nose and go back and read those posts. You should have a pretty good idea of where I am. Please make sure to also read the posts where to take the leftie-liberal wing to task such as this one.

How exactly would that be possible? (Dems controlling all 3 (or 4 if you’re Cheney) branches of government?

    Somebody–

Let me ask you the parallel questions:

When does the cost of the war in Iraq in blood, money and prestige get to be too much?

Republicans controlled all three branches of government until recently–are you satisfied with how they performed?

What is, in short, your agenda?

BTW, you really ought to go back and read Shaun’s posts. He is definitely not pro-Democratic party!

No thanks. The one post you pointed me to was about the war in Iraq.

No I think they underperformed. I think that Bush was so consumed with the war on terror that he failed to pass anything of substance that actually helped the everyday Americans. I would rate the Bush/Cheney Presidency with an FMINUS and I voted for them twice.

Balanced budget with a focus on paying down the debt.
    No matter what it takes.

Everything else falls into place with this single focus.

I didn’t actually mean to imply that Shaun is a democrat. I proposed my question given the assumption that the Democrats will be in charge and that by their pronouncements they will be out of IRAQ and back home.

The question is still legitimate. He pointed me to a post to read which railed against the war, at times seemed to favor the war and then railed against it some more. So honestly I stopped reading Shauns posts if they hinted about the war for this fact.

Other posts non war related I have read and he is actually a very good writer. His bitterness over the war however ebbs and flows to such a degree that it drowns anyone other then ardent supporters of his own positions.

Yes, and I’ve taken to carrying around a drool cup with me.
