    Yeah, there is a big stop at the end called Barrack Obama. Unless, of course, if we can pull Herman Cain out of the penalty box in time. I miss those nines.

  2. Cargoman says:

    Unstoppable all the way to election day when he loses to Obama, and, hopefully, he won’t run again…Huntsman may be a frontrunner in 2016 (I’ll bet anything he’s poised for that run)….and boy, sit up and take notice of the Ron Paul “Independents” America…a true three-party system on the way?

  3. dduck says:

    I think Ron will pass the baton to Rand for 2016.
    Hopefully, no third party in 2012.

    Mitt is in. Santorum doesn’t have the legs and hasn’t faced any real vetting yet. We all can hope that Ron Paul’s faith based economics is too kooky for even the Republicans. And soon the voices for Newt to stop attacking Romney for the good of the party will penetrate his massive ego. And Huntsman is relying on the sane people in the party and there are too few of those.

    And the early result will gave Mitt time to execute the hard turn to the middle that every Republican candidate has had to make since St. Ron. It is absolutely incredible to realize that no Republican candidate for President has ever run for questioning the science behind man made climate change. No Republican has ever run for President promising to reduce Social Security and Medicare benefits. No Republican has ever run for President promising to start a war. And yet these are prominent features of the primaries and the Congressional Republican policy proposals.

    “No Republican has ever run for President promising to start a war”

    And now we have a Republican presidential wannabe running on the promise to re-invade a country, re-start a war — which was started by another Republican on false premises — and squander additional hundreds of billions of dollars and an unknown number of American lives,and for what? In a desperate attempt to salvage a losing and loser campaign.

    @Dorian
    Don’t forget that we have another candidate who announced on national TV that he wanted “maximum covert operations” as president, all of which would be deniable.

    Oh yeah, I’m sure a lot of countries loved hearing that one.

    Oh yea, that would be one of my favorite chickenhawks, the newty
