Uhm…I think the man had some issues, WAY beyond over-avid collectionism. This reminded me of the very many Catholic Churches I’ve seen all over the world that have what in Spain are called “relicarios” which is an euphemistic way of talking about the various body parts of saints. Apparently leaving the body untouched doesn’t count for them. It’s REALLY creepy to be in a church that proudly declares to be the owner or A’s skull, a thighbone from B, C’s left ring finger and a whole LEG from D.
