Devaluing the dollar is very helpful really. It reduces the foreign trade deficit. It also places, more equitably, the true value of the United States among the world’s financial structure. We have long been over bloated in value in my opinion.

Just as the world places the United States at sixth or seventh in standard of living, while America calls itself 4th place, regarding standard of living, it is time we faced reality.

Thank you George W Bush for not improving our lot in the world one iota after nearly seven years of unmitigated republican hell.

Yes face it; We are a nation or laborers living on less and less compared to the cost of living and a nation of small business owners with fewer and fewer customers. Oh but big business thrives! When these corporations are done feeding on our blood, they will leave us for better business climes I am certain. Money talks, BS walks.

Patriotism is for gathering votes and is just the cost of doing business. “Now, what is the military history of India….that we can play up too”…..says the forward looking CEO.

You are correct, however, there’s a problem if the correction comes too fast. This would reduce confidence in the dollar causing it to fall below value and all of your foreign debts would suddenly increase and you wouldn’t be able to afford the imports your economy relies on.

BrotherAlpha- Exactly, then we forfeit on government bonds and there is a new leader in the world, Europe. We must now bend more to their political, (and more social), will. Nationalization of many sectors will occur. We will then fit into the world more politically as well as financially. Less reason for war, smaller military budget, more money for domestic spending, more reason for Europe and China to face world extremism than us.

    A new day is coming.

Was Pat Tillman a dumbarse or what?
