We are going to have to force federally funded psychological examinations for all people starting at age 12 with follow-ups each year. Any sign of violent psychotic behavior and BAM, immediate forced admission to a mental health facility for an undetermined period until public safety can be assured.
In order to facilitate the influx of “patients”, we may need to start executing convicts in mass to make room, at least until new facilities can be built.
