Today is Constutition Day and so I thought it worth recognizing since we rely on it for sites like this.

I doubt that 90% of the American people understand or even care about the U.S. Constitution anymore, but for what it’s worth…

I predict we will be hearing much less about the Constitution once the Republicans regain the presidency and control of Congress. The slim majority they now have in the Supreme Court will be increased, meaning that the concerns about the expediency of legislating from the bench will take a back seat to joy over accomplishing more right wing goals by the expediency of legislating from the bench.
