As best I can figure, Sarah Palin wanted to attract attention when she chartered a ritzy hotel on wheels, had it custom painted (since marred by “Media Whore” spray paint graffiti) and set out on a national tour that will culminate in the premier of a new movie in Iowa about Her Highness.
But then maybe I’m wrong, because 10-year-old daughter Piper, last seen carrying a Louis Vitton handbag that costs as much as the average American pays per month in rent, snapped at a Time magazine photographer during a stopover at historic Gettysburg Nation Battlefield, telling him, “Thanks for ruining our vacation.”

Wake me up when Palin wants to have a productive conversation. If she does run for president she needs to be a leader and constructively address the citizens’ concerns.
Oh, and if Palin is not serious and prefers to be in the spotlight and provide entertainment (which is how she is earning her tons of money), then who cares what is said about the woman? For her any exposure, even “bad” exposure is profitable.

StockboyLA has hit the nail on the head. She is playing the media like someone playing a fine violin. As long as she can manipulate the coverage the way she has, she will continue to walk straight into the bank and make sizable deposits earned from personal appearances and book sales.
Who would not do what she is doing if they could earn the type of money she is earning. She is today’s Dan Quayle, except she will retire rich.

The funny thing about the LameStream Media is that they have been more Lame than ever since Sarah Palin hit the scene and became a part of them.
Wow really? Trying to use her 10yo to trash her? Yep that’s taking the high road, right thru the sewer.
The Dems hatched a secret plan to get Palin out of the headlines for a little while anyway. It was codenamed “twitwiener”, and purusing the headlines lately it seems to have blasted the more important news of Palin’s “vacation” to inner pages. After failing in a previous plot to ignite Trump’s eyeshade hairdo, codenamed “firedome”, twitwiener, was a resounding success. Any attempts to have the Ryan plan declared a starting/negotiating point will get kicked off the agenda by new revelations that Newt has a revolving account at Ricky’s. (Dems say that plan, “rickygate”, probably won’t be needed since no one wants to talk budgets when it gets over 70 degrees.)
